FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is fuel pricing calculated?
Our base rates include standard fuel costs. However, for long-term contracts, we implement a transparent fuel surcharge mechanism linked to the monthly Department of Energy diesel price updates.
Do you offer Goods in Transit (GIT) insurance?
Yes. All Fleri Miles shipments are covered by our standard GIT policy up to R500,000 per load. Additional high-value cargo insurance can be arranged upon request.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your account is active, you will receive login credentials for our Client Portal. This provides real-time GPS tracking, predictive ETAs, and digital Proof of Delivery (POD).
What are your payment terms?
We offer 30-day accounts for vetted corporate clients subject to credit approval. Ad-hoc or one-off shipments require upfront payment or a verified purchase order (PO).
